You can cancel your paid subscription at any time.

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of helpmee.ai and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused.

helpmee.ai will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles helpmee.ai to counterclaim the refund.

This policy does not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
